Refund policy

Our print-on-demand products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by emailing info@shopcozeo.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will do our best to get your product to you. In the unlikely event that you cannot reach us, please try again and please forgive us for any financial loss.
